These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", "you") and uulj (hereinafter "uulj", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at uulj.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.

uulj reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond posting the updated Terms on the uulj platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

Access to and use of the uulj platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or using another person's identity or payment methods;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from uulj or any PAGCOR-regulated platform;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of uulj or its affiliated entities.

By registering a uulj account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility criteria listed above. uulj assumes no liability for losses incurred by ineligible players; however, uulj will take all reasonable steps to prevent access by ineligible persons, including mandatory KYC verification prior to first withdrawal.

To access the full range of uulj services, you must register a uulj account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) uulj account. Opening, operating, or having access to more than one uulj account — whether in your own name or using aliases, variations of your name, or other persons' details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in:

• Immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts;
• Forfeiture of all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds;

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uulj login credentials, including your username and password. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. uulj does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to verified GCash, Maya, or bank accounts registered in the same name as the uulj account;
• KYC verification — including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilSys, driver's license, passport, or PRC ID) — is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500;
• uulj targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya; bank transfers may take 1–3 banking days;
• uulj reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawals above ₱50,000;
• Deposits that have not met any applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.

uulj offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General bonus rules applicable to all uulj promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to players who have a verified uulj account and have met the applicable eligibility criteria for each specific promotion;
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;

In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uulj platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the uulj platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines and relevant law enforcement bodies;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the uulj platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any uulj content without prior written permission;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any uulj software or game code;

Without limiting the above, uulj's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the uulj platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

uulj does not accept liability for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or power failures on the player's end;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain the security of their credentials;
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided by third parties, including sports data providers and live studio operators;
• Any delay, interruption, or failure of the uulj platform caused by events beyond uulj's reasonable control, including force majeure events, PAGCOR regulatory directives, or internet infrastructure failures.

uulj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon posting to the uulj platform. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, uulj will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email address or through an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the uulj platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

uulj may suspend or permanently terminate your uulj account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason it deems necessary, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 7;
• Failure to pass KYC or age verification;
• PAGCOR regulatory direction or court order;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account termination for cause, uulj reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by uulj for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

You may close your uulj account at any time by contacting uulj support. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements attached to bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold will be disbursed to your verified payment method.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them or the uulj platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and uulj, you agree to first contact uulj's support team at [email protected] and allow uulj a reasonable opportunity (no less than 30 calendar days) to resolve the matter internally before initiating any formal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with uulj, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution mechanism. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-led investigation or mediation process.

For matters not resolved through PAGCOR mediation, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and uulj with respect to your use of the uulj platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
